This year for my husband's birthday I had the idea to get him a sushi cake! I tried a few other places but they couldn't/wouldn't help me until a friend recommended Chef Leu. They totally understood what I was asking for, were just as excited as I was about the possibilities and completely customized it to include his favorite rolls. It was absolutely delicious, a total hit around the table.. we will definitely be ordering more sushi cakes!

We decided to check out Chef Leu's House, and I'm so glad we did! The Dancing Volcano Roll was absolutely amazing—it left me totally speechless. I also tried the lunch special with shrimp and broccoli, which was pretty good and came with a nice portion, plus soup and an appetizer. I can’t wait to go back! The atmosphere is really pleasant and cozy. They don’t serve alcohol, but it’s great that you can bring your own!

Such a hidden gem in Shelburne ! Extensively Asian and Japanese menu. General Tao chicken and teriyaki chicken on the skewer are the “ Bomb “ and also a good deal for lunch special !!!

Totally not sure why this place was so quiet for lunch today. General Tsos and Kung Pao chicken both were great, lunch special was a steal (cheaper than last night’s pizza), and the service was also excellent.

Who knew that such incredible sushi is right here in Vermont?!?! They just added the “dancing volcano” roll and it is the stuff dreams are made of. Little bit spicy, little bit sweet, little bit savory.....the flavors are in perfect harmony with each other and the TEXTURES. It will melt in your mouth. Also not to be missed: sushi pizza (no red sauce need apply), peanut street noodles, and ANYTHING dipped in the Japanese ginger salad dressing. I don’t even like ginger and this stuff is liquid gold. All of the curries and Chinese dishes are SOLID....fresh ingredients, plentiful amounts, you will not be disappointed. I’ve literally never had a complaint. Bonus: If you’re having a bad day, the owner, Ron, will fill you up with laughter. Promise! :)

Wonderful peanuts street noodles! I can’t stop eating! The peanut sauce is not too sweet and overpowering and makes it go really well with the noodles! Definitely a hit! Will order again for sure!
